We had Neha decorate our wedding reception at Fior. Perfectionist is one word to describe me and Neha not only met all of my requirements, she went above and beyond with her creativity and professionalism to ensure we had the perfect day. We welcomed her decorative advice from her experience which lead to the most magical setup I could have dreamed of. Neha was always available, everyday to text at any hour. I cannot believe how hard working & passionate she is. It truly shines through her work & I would pay for this company a million times over. Neha has been amazing to work with since day 1. She provides the perfect balance of listening to the clients needs and providing her professional advice and input. She made sure to always understand my style and wants by constantly staying in touch with me and providing me updates. On the day of decoration installation she came with not only the discussed decor but many back up and additional options. She came prepared in case things had to change last minute, and they did! Neha was able to think on the spot on how to fix a problem and came up with the best solution and had everything she needed to make it work on the spot. Our sangeet in Northcote and wedding set up in Yarra Valley by Neha and her team was truly a vision came into life and even better. Everything we asked for, even to the tiniest details has been exceptionally delivered. We had our wedding day when Melbourne decided to rain all day on a spring time. But this amazing team put on all their best effort trying to set it up, taking in and out the supposedly ceremony outdoor area from the indoor marquee, and vice versa, despite the unpredictable Melb weather. Ended up beautifully and made regardless. Truly grateful for this team! 1000000 recommended 🙂

We engaged Neha and her team for our wedding celebrations which included a 3 day affair. Not only did neha provide us with an excellent service, she was always prompt with her replies and also delivered a far superior product that we envisaged. Neha and her hubby were so kind, always attentive and communicative with me. Any small question Neha would get back to me within moments. The team were so great from the first day I met them in their warehouse space to her hubby being there greeting me on my actual wedding day. I wish I could honestly quit my job and work for them.
